Bugged after chapter 1: A waste of time and money

I played and enjoyed the game through chapter 1 - once I started chapter 2, all my dialogue and action choices read "this choice is blank!" And I could no longer advance the story forward. I reinstalled my iPad pro, reinstalled the game and played it though to chapter two a second time, and still have the same bug. I filed a ticket and after a few days, I still havent gotten a response. Ill be disputing the charge. A complete disappointment and a waste of time and money.
